Post 9 : Changes to my study program

Hi Bloggers it´s Martin again and this is my penultimate post in which I will write about the study program of the career that I am coursing, Engineering in Renewal Natural Recourses.
I have been at the University for a short time and the last semester I failed two subjects, that was bad but currently I am doing it better now. I am  in first year  and actually  I don’t know much about the study program, I have to admit that but there is something that called my attention, all the study program of my carrier don’t have English courses. If I could change something I would change that because I think it’s very important for everyone learn this Language, not only to use it to communicate with foreign people, also use it as a tool for our studies, personal and professional life; for example: looking information in books or websites in English, learn technical vocabulary necessary four your job, known help somebody that don’t understand your native language, etc. Every year you should have a course of English to improve your skills.
In the rest subjects that i have, the professors are great; you can observe that they are experienced in their areas but the subjects along the career in general don’t have many field trips and these activities are a great opportunity to put in action the knowledge learnt in classes.That is all I have to say for the moment, hope you will fine bloggers, read you soon.

Post 8 : Personal Opinions

Hi bloggers, today I will write about my personal opinion of the situation with the homeless people in Chile. 

Many persons have a wrong idea about the homeless; they think that all are thief, drug addicts, alcoholic, and people with no dreams in their life, etc; but the situation it isn`t like that in all the cases, for example: Some people lose their job and his good and another also lost their family. However, I think there are two kind of homeless:

The first one are homeless by his own decision (in despite of all the things that have been passed to reach this point of their lives), even if the local authorities give they an opportunity to get out from that situation, they prefer takes that lifestyle because don`t have to work, give explanation to someone or carry with the modern life responsibilities; and the second one are homeless by badly taken decisions, people who fall deeper and deeper in their life and after a change of mentality  take the decision of get up and begin work for a better life but the help that`s provides the government it`s not enough to solve this problem.

Social worker every week travel to the places that this people often visit to take information of their identities, age, state of health, etc; in order to take the better way to help but wow, it`s so difficult to change the mentality of someone especially if you don`t have the enough resources. I think that the government should do something to change this situation

Post 7 : Environmental Conflicts

Hi bloggers, in this post I will write about Environmental Conflicts.
 If you are from Latin America, maybe, (If at least one of your National television channel took the choice of talk about this), you have listened about what it’s happening in the territory of Quintero and Puchuncavi, two communes located at the region of Valparaiso, Chile. 

In the actuality, this territory have been announced like a “sacrifice zone” or “zona de sacrificio”, (in Spanish,) by the National Institute of Human Right or (INDH) of Chile because of there are 15 corporation damaging the environment, and among them, mining industries, thermoelectric industries, carbon industries, etc.There are severe problems with the state of water, the air and the field and as result of the pollution, people are getting sick, animals are dying, and the crops are spoiling.In general the situation is very bad, the people are manifesting his rights and the government is proposing solutions but I don’t think that they are really interested in give a final solution to this problem.

Another very important global environmental problem today is the demand and the use of plastic. We are absorbed in a global society where the most of the things are wrapped in plastic and I know that change our lifestyle is difficult but we need to make this change. I have been recycling, buying only what I need, and preferring avoid package things by buying bulk loose products. Something has to be the start point. 

Post 6 A post graduate studies

Hi again bloggers! Today the topic to write about is the post graduate studies.

Really, I want to go somewhere to do a Master or a Postgraduate, I don’t know where, maybe I can go to New Zealand, or Sweden, but the thing is that I have de energy and the encouragement to do it.

Another thing completely different to “where I could go to begin my post graduate studies” it’s:

 “What I ‘am going to study? Which way I will take?”

I have been thinking about it but it’s too early, (at least for me), to take a decision of what kind of major, master or postgraduate certificate I want for myself.

 I think the topic of solar energy systems are very interesting to present. I would like to discover a more effective and efficient way of take advantage from the solar energy. Also the topic of environmental politics sounds very attractive for me.

I think if I take the opportunity of begin a postgraduate studies I would prefer to take a full time course and also work in a job that no demands much amounts of my time when I ‘am at home.

Post 5 : My future job

 Hello again ladies and gentleman, today I will write about my future job.

At the actuality I’m coursing the first year of engineering in natural renewable resources and i know that along the carrier you can take different professional workshops according to your preferences and ambitions. It’s very difficult to me take a choice right now about what kind of job I see myself  doing in the future but I can tell you what kind of things I want to do in the future, for example:

I want to finish my carrier with a grade of specialization in an area of my interest and travel to another country to course a major or a post-grade to learn more about that. I have been thinking maybe I could travel to New Zealand to reach this goals and with this knowledge begin to work with an industry or begin to work in a project that make a change in the reality of the people of a specific town that haven’t the access to resources or to the information to fight a problem in the community.

Actually I have a job; I work as a waiter in a chain of fast-food restaurant called “Shopdog” and I think I’m a good worker, I like the teamwork and It’s very easy to me talk with the people to sell a product or cold down  a situation.

Post 4 : Free-themed topic : Videogames

Hi everyone! I’ve waiting for this moment, the opportunity to write about  different video games that I played before and the reason why a like them so much.

Since I can remember, I grow up with educative games like “Abrapalabra” or “Aprende a leer con pipo” and then I discovered the awesome world of strategy games. I got very good memories of me playing “Age of empires one and two”, “World of warcraft one, two and three”, “American conquers”, “Stronghold”, “Faraón” And I can keep written tittles but my favorite game linked to this game type was and it will be “Starcraft one and two”. It’s a game where you collect resources and with them, you build buildings, trains troops and make grow your economy to build and army and eliminate the enemy like the others but in this game, you will be absorbed by the history in this universe. You have three races to choose and let’s start this journey.

Video games represents very good memories to me, like me playing with friends and making new, different emotions that I felt for the death of a character or for completing a mission and so much things, so much video games that I played and the only thing that I will said, keep playing and discover this awesome universe.

Post 3: A Free-Themed Topic: Movies

Hi everyone! This post it will be one of my favorites because is about movies.

My favorite ones are the science fiction stories, movies linked with the space, with alien’s civilizations, time travel, travel to another dimensions, and with the level of advance of the human civilization that maybe can reach someday; and more than the science fiction movies I prefer the mythical and magical movies, movies linked with dragoons, elves, witches and all the things of the middle earth.

One my favorite’s series of movies are the story of the bolson’s family in the trilogy of “The Hobbit” and “The Lord of the Rings”. I know that some epic scenes of battles aren’t correlated to the books written by John Ronald Reuel Tolkien but wow, they are amazing. The forms that are filmed this movies teleports me to that age, they makes me feel very excited but I really love what happens in they, the story of how facts that happened in the past extremely affect the actions and decisions on the future. I think if JRRT was alive he would really love the adaptations of his life’s work as I do and I would be doing.

Post 2: The best holidays I've ever had Hi people, welcome to another of my post about me, my life and my things jajaja. Today I will write about the best holidays I’ve ever had. History overcomes us to the holidays of the year 2010. At that time I was eleven years old and the only thing it was relevant to me was share and play with my friends of the school but one day something happened, my parent’s tell us, (Me and my brother’s), that we will go of vacation next week, Was amazing!. We travelled in a bus to Lago Villarrica for more than 11 hours and then we stayed in a wooden cottage for two weeks in the middle of the town. During the two week’s we toured the town, walked around the lake and trough of a native forest up in a hill at one side of the lake. We ate different handmade cakes with endemic fruits of the zone and played board games in family at night. I don’t remember to much but the things I remember are saved in my heart❤.

Post 1º A country I'd like to visit

Along my life, even though I and my family had travelled to some places in Chile, they are not enough places to say we “know” Chile. Why? More than anything for economic reason but if you tell me that I have the possibility to travel to somewhere I will choose travelling to the south of Chile. I think that before travel to other countries first you need to know your land, that’s the reason because I want to visit the city of Concepcion, Valdivia, Chiloe, Puerto Montt, etc. I want to learn more about our culture, about the people who lived there, they lifestyle, what they eat, see the different landscapes along the country; see the endemic flora and fauna of our regions. Another thing I would like to do is to travel around the Carretera Austral on my bicycle with some friends on next year’s holidays, I think that it will be a great experience and the perfect challenge as much for my body as for my spirit.

Hi, my name is Martín Tapia Aedo. I am nineteen years old and study the carrier of renewable natural resources at the University of Chile specifically located at the department of agronomy.

I will tell you a little bit about me: I am a very amusing person and i like to talk and share with others.

I like video games and i love the topic of science fiction, is one of my favorite things for movies, books, etc. I work as a waiter in a chain of fast food restaurant called "Shopdog" to finance my studies and to satisfying my necessities.

This semester  I would like to write about the middle earth, the universe, video games, science fiction and time travel.
